Fixation of fractures, nonunions, osteotomies, pseduarthrosis, of metacarpal, metatarsal, phalangeal bones. Arthrodesis of metacarpophalangeal and interphalangeal joints. Especially used for fixation of open fracture, for lengthenin purposes of metacarpal metatarsal phalangeal bones.
